Project status to "Suspended" but the charges are continuing.

I have changed the project status to “Suspended” but the charges are continuing. How can I remove charges? Does return my money to my card because I stopped service last month?

If you suspend services during a month, we will bill you for your usage up to the time you suspended the services. We ALWAYS bill in arrears, so yesterday’s charges would have been for your June usage up to when you suspended the service.

You can always check your unbilled usage, this resets when you’ve been charged for the previous month so if that shows zero now, then you know you won’t be billed again for this month,
