Deleting or suspending a service or a database automatically stops billing for that given resource. You are charged per second for each service’s activity, and so the second you delete or suspend a service, you will not be charged anymore.

I have deleted all render service and stopped instances in Jan/feb and paid the final last balance payment also but render is keep sending me billing. I don’t have anything going on with render. Why render is keep asking me to add the credit card and charging incremental? I am not even using the render at all
