I recently discovered that the free tier has usage limits. I have a technical interview tomorrow, and I plan to showcase my projects, which rely on this service. Unfortunately, I’m from Algeria and don’t have access to a Visa card to make a payment.

In order to prevent the service from going to sleep and avoid waiting 1-2 minutes for it to restart, I had implemented a solution where a request was made every 13 minutes. However, I have since removed this workaround.

I understand that the free tier limit resets monthly. Is there any way you could help me by resetting my usage limit for this month? I would greatly appreciate your assistance as this is a critical moment for me.

The only options here are to upgrade to a paid instance type to unsuspend the service, or to wait until next month. Note that Render accepts all major credit and debit cards, not only Visa.

Any platform that were to offer users unlimited free usage would go out of business very quickly, so we have to place sensible limits on free services to allow the platform to function properly and have a sustainable future.
