A production database on my account has just turned “unavailable” - No recent deployments etc. The CPU usage has hit 0% for the last 20 minutes. I don’t who to contact in an emergency to resolve. Please assist
Same. My database in Frankfurth became “Status: unavailable” at 08:32 UTC, but nothing is shown on the status page and I’m getting no response from support.
Must be some kind of platform problem unfolding. I have tried suspending and resuming with no effect. I do have other DBs in Frankfurt region which still say available
I think I’ve pinged you both on Intercom, but for completeness and visibility, I’ll add a reply here too.
