I have question. I have a lot of web services with “free” tariff, and today i got notification for all services “Suspended by render”, “Suspended by Free Tier Usage Exceeded”
But when i checked my billing, i saw that i have many more free resources

This is based off of your Free Instance Hours specifically. We allow 750 hours of running time per month across all free Web Services, which it looks like you had exceeded for the month. You can read more about Free tier limitations here: https://render.com/docs/free
