Ssl certificate for www subdomain not provisioning

Hello!

Just trying to add a custom domain for www and the ssl cert is not provisioning. The apex domain works right away, but www never finishes and is stuck in “Certificate Pending”.

Current DNS Records:
CNAME www.simplivest.com simplivest-client-production.onrender.com
A simplivest.com 216.24.57.1

It also shows duplicate records in the UI for the www domain.

Please advise, thanks!!!

Hey Dave,

Everything looks good on my end. Sometimes there is a bit of delay in cert provisioning and propagation. Can you confirm things are working as expected for you?
