In Rest Api, Are there any way to find the current status of web service?
Scenario: Web Services on the free plan are automatically spun down after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Below apis do not have any fields in response to know if service is up/down.
In Heroku, We could see this info in their api in “state” field with response as “up” or “idle”
