My web services can work for very long hours, but sometimes it gives the 503 error and does not work for about 1 hour. If there is no login within 15 minutes, the site goes into sleep mode. I’m using uptimerobot as a solution to this, but it didn’t help. Either way, it goes to sleep and when it goes to sleep, uptimerobot can’t get it out, it just needs a human to login to the site. (Singapore/NodeJs)

Our free tier does spin down after 15 minutes of inactivity, so the first request after the service is spun down make take a while, but subsequent requests should be faster. Is that what you’re observing? More info related to this here: https://render.com/docs/free
