Does render provide 0.1 CPU or 0.15 CPU in its free web service tier?
When I create a web service or on the pricing page, it shows 0.1 CPU but when I go to the settings of an existing web service, it shows 0.15 CPU. Which among the two is correct?
Also, how powerful is exactly 1 CPU? I can see no benchmark or info about it

We offer 0.1 CPU as indicated on our pricing page. There’s a minor discrepancy on our dashboard showing 0.15, which we are currently working to rectify.
