I’m currently using the free tier of Render - 1 CPU 512 MB Ram. I’ve been advised that my Web Service project, which uses a Docker image from Modular for its Mojo language, really needs a 2 GB environment to work well. I’d like to take the plunge for a Standard instance type @ $25 per month, but ideally I would do so on the basis that if it turns out to be a technical non-starter, then I could abandon my paid tier and return to the free one.
I’m trying to upgrade me instance to the $25 1 CPU 1GB RAM offering. When I try to do so, it tells me,
“Plan update error
no repo node found for service
[Cancel]”
Okay, Render, if you don’t want to take my money…
