Hi Jerin,
All customers are charged on the 1st of the month (or thereabouts if it’s a weekend). If payment fails we would notify you via email - we then make multiple attempts to collect the overdue amounts. Suspension would then follow if after multiple attempts we still have not been able to collect outstanding charges.
There aren’t hard set dates for when these events occur, needless to say we make multiple attempts to collect payment before services are suspended.
