I’m having occasional troubles with failed uploads, stalls on page loads, and failure to connect to database issues. I am interested in upgrading our account. When they say the team is limited to 10 users, they mean people accessing the behind the scenes stuff here, I imagine. Right? Beyond that, is it basically the same rates as on the lower plans, per usage?
A team likely wouldn’t change the kinds of issues you mentioned. If you want to discuss service issues in detail, I’d suggest opening a ticket (“Help” or “Contact Support” links while logged into the Dashboard).
To answer your team questions:
- The 10 team members shown on the pricing page, are members of your Render team, not users of the services you run.
- Compute/instance type pricing is the same when using a Team.
