I paid for the team plan on render but i can see that it is not reflecting on my servicess, showing that i am still using the free plan how can i move the subscription

Team pricing is fixed per month and separate from compute/Instance type pricing. Teams are not required to get started, but they are required if you want to utilize team features. Teams do not include any compute and you do not need a team to upgrade your services compute/instance types.
Compute (instance type) pricing is per service, per instance, per month, pro-rated to the second. This means we charge for the time a paid service is provisioned at the end of each month, and not in advance.
Current usage, upcoming (projected) monthly charges, and previous invoices are available to view at any time on your billing page.
