Cancel paid service

Anybody know how I can cancel the service? I don’t see any controls to stop charging a credit card, only to replace a card. Thanks!

Hey there,

You have a few options here, starting with the least destructive:

  1. The least destructive is to suspend each of your paid services - this will stop you accruing further charges
  2. Delete all your paid services
  3. Delete your Render account from the bottom of the Account Settings page

Thanks! I took the suspend route.

The reason for the post is that, there is no “Delete render account” that I can find. In fact, there is no Account Settings page at all.

Under team settings, you can delete your team. Is that the same thing?

How do I suspend each of the paid services?

You can suspend any service by visiting the settings page of the the service in our dashboard and going to the very bottom of the page, there you’ll find the Suspend button.
