Deploying a github organization repo

So on github i have a private origination repo and i wish to deploy it to render.com however i cant do that as i can not login with github. I also tried using render application on github but that does not help either

Hi Parth,

To deploy a service from a private organization, all you need to do is connect your Render account to a GitHub user with access to the Organization and repo, and make sure you install the GitHub application for that Organization. You don’t need to log in with GitHub for this to work.

If you’d like to troubleshoot your log-in with GitHub, you can open a support ticket and we’d be happy to look into that.

When using my own github account to signin with render.com I can deploy organization repos like normal but the problem is I want to use google login using official company mail and and deploy from that account.

Hi Parth,

You’ll need to either disconnect your GitHub account from your personal Render account or create a dedicated GitHub account for your work Render account.

We don’t currently allow the same GitHub account to be linked to multiple Render accounts. We do have this capability on our roadmap, I’d encourage you to give it an upvote: https://feedback.render.com/features/p/allow-githubgitlab-accounts-to-be-connected-to-multiple-render-accounts

Regards,

Matt
