Deploy Error - GitHub errors may be caused by an authentication issue with your GitHub account

Hi — I used Render with my personal account and now I switched to my work email. My github was previously connected with my personal Render account. I revoked that on Github side and connected my work Render with my Github.

Now, I can’t seem to deploy my repositories at all with a deploy error.

Error: not found: https://api.github.com/repositories/336474510

GitHub errors may be caused by an authentication issue with your GitHub account. Make sure your GitHub account is connected to your Render account and reach out to [support@render.com](mailto:support@render.com) if the issue persists.

Would love help on this as it’s clearly connected (I can change branches) but I can’t deploy at all.

OK, I fixed it by removing my service altogether from Render and adding that back in. I was able to do that since we dont have any customers. Not great, and I found the errors a bit misleading but I unblocked myself.

I’m glad you were able to work around the issue, but I agree that it’s not great. I did a little digging to try to understand the root cause, and have filed an issue internally for us to resolve it for the future. Please do let me know if you have any more questions or concerns.
