Our database suddenly become unavailable about Nov 11 01:20 AM(UTC).
We didn’t have found any causes for this trouble from logs and metrics.
Could you tell me why our database be unavailable?

Could you send me the id of the impacted database? You can find this in the URL when viewing the service in the Dashboard (it begins with dpg-).
