Billed for 2 webservers when I have 1?

I signed up for the $7 upgrade 3 months ago everything was fine, today I wake up to a transaction for $30 which I did not agree to… I goto my emails and it says I have 2 webservers? I’ve checked my account and I only have one so I have no idea what has happened.
