Want detail about paid instances

I’ve two web server and both are using nodejs. Will I’ve to purchase two different paid instances of $7/month for each web server or I need to only pay $7/ month not $14/month?

We bill per instance, so 2 instances will equal 2 times the cost of the instance type, so $14/month if both instances are ‘Starter’ and run for the full month.
