Static sites from private repos no longer deploying

I have two static websites deploying from private Github repos that no longer build/deploy.

  • One of them fails to deploy manually with an “Internal error”.
  • The other fails to connect to the Github repo from the logs, then tries to connect via https (instead of ssh) and fails.

They were building and deploying fine before, but now it seems like they can’t connect to their GH repos anymore.

I’ve tried reconnecting my Github account and reinstalling the Render app and those processes complete just fine, but deploying still errors out.

I’ve sent a ticket a day ago but got no response so far.

Please advise.

Support responded and fixed an issue on their end. Deploys are back to normal.
