Static site without using a repository?

As title says, I want to upload a very basic website without using any git service etc.
There is a feature request since 2020: Deploy without GitHub/GitLab | Feature Requests | Render

So, any possibility to have a static website without connecting any repository in 2023?

Hi there,

This isn’t possible - we do have SSH now but that’s for debugging purposes not for changing content.

Service deployment, particularly a static site needs to be done via Git -
