SSL Mismatch Error - Certificate Pending?

This site can’t provide a secure connection

zerus.life uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

It’s been quite a while since I hooked up my domain (Hostinger) to Render, but the dashboard still shows “Certificate Pending”. Is there a reason why this is happening? Anything that I missed out doing on my end?
