I hope this message finds you well. I’m facing an issue with my Render service that I’d like to bring to your attention.
I recently added a custom domain to my Render-hosted static website, and the domain verification was successful. However, my SSL certificate status is stuck in a “pending” state. As a result, my website remains inaccessible over HTTPS.
I’ve double-checked my DNS settings and confirmed that everything is correctly configured. Despite waiting for some time, the SSL certificate hasn’t been issued.
Could you please assist in resolving this matter? Your support is greatly appreciated, and I’m eager to get my website up and running securely.
