Hello, It seems my site cavalohq.dev cannot be accessed without adding the www.
How can I fix this ?

You appear to have an additional DNS record on the apex that is likely causing the issue,

$ dig +short A cavalohq.dev216.24.57.1192.64.119.144

You should remove that 192.64 address and wait for the certificate to be issued,
