Unsupported Protocol

Hello, I’ve recently gotten into Render and I added a custom domain to my web service and for some reason, Render doesn’t detect the certificate and when I visit my site I get the following:

"This site can’t provide a secure connection

babbage.chattechai.co uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Unsupported protocol

The client and server don’t support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.".

Although I have the correct CNAME and child nameserver, I still encounter this. However, it works when my site is prefixed with “www”. Please help.

babbage.chattechai.co doesn’t appear to have a CNAME record set: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#CNAME/babbage.chattechai.co
