Server spinning down when not inactive

While actively making/receiving requests from the server, suddenly it will become inactive and I’ll see these logs:

INFO: connection closed
INFO: connection closed
INFO: Shutting down
INFO: Waiting for application shutdown.
INFO: Application shutdown complete.
INFO: Finished server process [72]

I’m on the Free tier, so maybe the server is being spun down/or gated in some way. Understandable if so, but wish it would be clear if that was the case. When I run the server locally, nothing like this happens, so I believe it’s something on Render. Any help appreciated!
