I have code on github that has been using preview apps (defined in a render.yaml file), and that seems to have stopped working today. I had 2 closed PRs for which I needed to manually delete the database and yaml from render, and I have opened a new PR which is not showing up in render (I don’t see it under yaml, no database, and nothing under the main app’s PRs tab). How can I figure out if the disconnect is a render issue, a github issue, or a me issue?

This looks like it’s part of some degraded performance we’re seeing with our GitHub connection. We’ve created an incident at Render Status - Delayed or missed events from GitHub that you can follow, and I’ll also follow up in this thread directly.

We just closed the issue, and our monitoring shows that things were fixed about 3 hours ago, at 4:50 PM Pacific. Please let me know if you experience any further difficulties.
