PR Preview Deployment badge in GitHub always stays In Progress

We have Render integrated along with our GitHub for PR Previews. Although it all works fine and the deployment blueprint in the render dashbaord says that the Deployment is live:

The same is never updated on GitHub.

Is there something that we’re missing over here?

Can you con confirm in GitHub where that screenshot is taken from please?
