How to enable the GitHub deployments to be added or updated after every preview or production deployment in render?

You would want to configure your service to be managed via a Blueprint in Render. This should update the deployments in Github for the service. Similarly, we would create deployments in Github for services created via Preview Environments (configured through Blueprints) as well.

I tried it. After using Blueprint, it was added to GitHub deployments but not added to GitHub checks.

I don’t think we have any process to automatically add it to the Github checks - I think this would be something you would need to add on your own.
