My Web Server isn't Connecting from Some IP

Hi everyone,
Thank you for checking out my issue.
I have a Web Server on render but I can’t seem to connect successfully to it in like 48 hours now.

Accessing via a US IP works using a VPN but accessing directly with my Nigerian IP fails.
