I’m experiencing an issue where my projects, along with my Postgres SQL database and billing history, have disappeared from my dashboard. I opened a support ticket on March 8th, but I haven’t received any response yet.
As a dedicated Render user for over two years, this is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and I’m quite concerned about the potential implications. I understand that the support team might be handling a high volume of requests, but any update or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi John. To be honest your team has not been helpful. It takes days to respond. That was the worst customer experience ever. The guy kept reiterating it was my fault that I delete my workspace. “technically he meant I was dumb and I don’t know what I was doing” How can I delete workspace without ever going to settings? Bow he said he could not recover my Postgres database. I pay for these services and yet I was badly treated. I wonder why my over 2 years billing history was deleted. It’s quite unfair and sad that I will have to wait for days for the guy to reply without empathy and any sense of care. Tech guys are not robots, we are humans and we should treat everyone with empathy and respect. How is it hard to recover my Postgres db what your document said its backed. He said transferring my db to another account, what another account? it was the same account I have been using for years
