Render completely ignores its customers. PostgreSQL out of storage

Hi,

For some reason, the Render team is ignoring me, and I’m feeling a bit desperate. My Postgres database suddenly ran out of storage, which I didn’t expect—it’s been running for 3 years, and I wasn’t monitoring it at all. Now, I can’t connect to the service. I simply need to remove old records, but I’m unable to do so.

Render only suggested that I “update” storage, but that’s not a suitable solution for me. I don’t need additional storage, and I don’t want to pay more just to execute a single SQL command. Unfortunately, Render has stopped responding, leaving my website offline.

Could you please advise me on what to do next?

Also the update button is inactive… I have been offline for 24 hours without the access to the data!

Recovering the database always fails. Render completely ignores its customers.
