Sometimes the backend server sorts of freeze and takes a lot of time for running the apis which cause a state where api calls are made but no api is getting any kind of response. How should i fix this issue

It sounds like you’re describing the behavior of free instance types: Free Instance Types | Render · Cloud Hosting for Developers
These will spin down with inactivity and spin back up on the next request - but that can take some time.
You can prevent this behavior by upgrading to any paid instance type.
