Logs only contain Postgres, not Application?

Hi there,

I am attempting to set up Log Stream ingestion. I have tried using both Logtrail and Papertrail. However, both are showing only Postgres logs. Neither are showing application logs. (Even though application logs are showing up in the log tab for the service.)

Is there something going on at Render that is preventing these from streaming?

Update: the logs started arriving in papertrail with a bit of a delay. Which is odd to me… App logs seem to arrive a bit behind postgres logs.

Are you still seeing delays in the Log Stream? If you could share the service/database details, we can take a closer look. If you don’t want to share those on the public community feel free to use the “Contact Support” link from the bottom of the Dashboard to open a ticket.
