The pricing page says paid plans have access to chat support, but I’m not seeing that option anywhere.

Chat support is available to customers with a paid plan, when you’re signed into the dashboard then there should be an icon in the bottom right window to chat with us.
But it’s worth saying, this week the entire company is having a get-together to chat might not occur in real time.
