@jake It was my mistake, on import the registrar created A records for the aliases from my previous registrar which took precedence to the alias. Really sorry about that but I do appreciate you looking into it so much

@jake I am also getting an expired cert on this service: srv-bvvj342li6c7fbm1a7kg.
This has caused an outage for us.
@mrwade I’ve manually renewed the cert for that service, it looks like that resolved the issue. Very sorry for the trouble.
