Hi all, we have a web service hosting our frontend on render, which had the custom domain app.fillout.com for a while now. Today, we noticed that on some user browsers, that URL is receiving an “err_ssl_protocol_error”.
Potentially related is that we recently added another custom domain to the same service, form.fillout.com, which seems to be working fine. We can reproduce this behavior on certain browsers, and sometimes in incognito tabs. Any ideas or suggestions here? Can the certificate be manually re-issued in the interim?
