How can I tell if my app is on aws or gcp?

hi, I am moving my heroku app to render.com, but due to the lack of point-in-time back up in render’s postgres offering [Add Point-In-Time Recovery to managed Postgres | Feature Requests | Render] I have to put my database somewhere else. to optimize the speed I’d like to choose the same underlying cloud provider.

Thanks

All new services created on us will be on AWS.

that’s great news. thanks!

is there a way to ensure my rds instance is in same AZ as render web server and workers to reduce egress cost?

Which region are you hosting your Render service on here?

Oregon

If you can provide me with a serviceID I can confirm if your account is using GCP or AWS as our Oregon cluster is available across both,
