Failing to deploy servers

We are getting “warning You don’t appear to have an internet connection. Try the --offline flag to use the cache for registry queries.” and then the deploy fails when deploying 3 of our api’s. These services had been working fine up until 20 minutes ago. Code changes have been ruled out. It seems like something is down at Render. Is there anything we can do?

This appears to have been due to an issue with a Node 19.8 upgrade.
