I saw many topics discussing this issue that Web services shows 503 error since they go down after 15 minutes. Agree with you but I can’t understand why last night the web services went down so I redeployed it it worked for more than 15 minutes without any traffic and went down again. Why is it so?

If there’s an issue with your service not responding, Render usually raises a 502, not a 503. Maybe the 503s are coming form your code?
Maybe your service having trouble with requests. The best place to start could be your service logs.
