Does Render have support SLAs?

What’s a reasonable expectation on response time to support requests? My DB failed this morning and I gave up on waiting to hear on a restore operation.

We strive to provide support within one business day. Our typical support hours are Mon-Fri 10am-6pm Pacific time.
