Downtime for EU services and databases

Hi Render team. Is there a resolution ETA for the current EU downtime? It’s been almost an hour (43 mins since I got my first downtime report).

I would really like to know what happened here - what had more than three hours of downtime yesterday. In my opinion, this is not acceptable. Please let us know what happened and how you plan to prevent this in the future.
