Since, render depends on webhooks to trigger the build and deploy pipeline. How does it handle auto deployment of a public repo whose github I have not connected with render yet? Do render rely on polling for public repos? What about rate limits?
When adding a service using a Public Git Repository, the following caveat is present:
PR Previews and Auto-Deploy are available only for repositories configured with render.yaml
Automation features are not available for services deployed via “Public Git Repository” scenarios. render.yaml can manage some of it instead, if applicable.
