Docker - arm or intel

Hello,

I’m considering running some java projects inside docker.
Is the underlying arch arm or intel?
Sorry if this info was available somewhere, I was not able to find it in the doc.

More generally it’d be nice to know what is the underlying arch of the runtimes.
I can understand it would make the product more complex though.
