Deployment fails only when upgrading plan

Hello !
My deployment is working fine in free plan, but strangely while upgrading to paid plan (starter or starter plus) without code change, it fails every single time with “timed out” reason :sweat_smile:

In free plan, I’m making commits and everything is working fine.

Render, please take my money ! :joy:
I have no idea how to solve this.

Can you check that you’re binding to 0.0.0.0 and not 127.0.0.1 - this may solve the problem here.
