Deployment stuck when trying to switch to paid plan

Hi,

I’ve been trying for the last half an hour to upgrade my instance to a paid version; the deployment logs say the service is up, but I notice the webpage still says ‘in progress’, preventing me from actually being converted to a paid customer.

Yes, I am using 0.0.0.0 as my host and not 127.0.0.1 which is known to cause issues.
