I am trying to have my custom domain link back to my .onrender site and the certificate has been pending since yesterday… Can someone have a look?

You have a AAAA records set on ananclinica.com: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#AAAA/ananclinica.com
And www.ananclinica.com https://www.whatsmydns.net/#AAAA/www.ananclinica.com
You’ll need to remove these as it can cause issues, as noted in the docs: https://docs.render.com/custom-domains#configuring-dns-to-point-to-render
