Just activated custom domain on my service and the SSL certificate has been stuck in “pending” for more than an hour now. I can see that the verification is complete though. How much time will it take?

That A record should point to 216.24.57.1

I have replaced the existing IP in my domain panel with the one you provided. Am I doing it correctly?
DNS records are controlled by your DNS provider, not Render.
It will be the same place where you set the CNAME record for www.spacedoutvansh.work.gd
It looks like you did it correctly, the values are starting to propagate: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/spacedoutvansh.work.gd
Once all the returned values show 216.24.57.1, the certificates should be issued.

If you do not intend to use the wildcard record (*.spacedoutvansh.work.gd), that could be removed.
Using a wildcard with Render requires additional records: https://docs.render.com/custom-domains#adding-a-wildcard-custom-domain
