Domain stuck at certificate pending. Need support from render.com

It seems like I have the exact same issue as What could cause the Certificate Pending for the new custom domain?

My records follows your instructions and points to “morgendag-landing-page.onrender.com”

I bought this domain a couple of months ago but just started to set it up. I am using namecheap as my DNS provider.

I tried all the tools available on this forum yesterday but now I have to reach out to you render as per the other forums.

Hi,

You’ve not mentioned which custom domain this is in relation to, a couple of common things to check:

That the DNS records are correctly set and propagated
That the CAA record (if set) is correct.

If you’re still having issues after checking those records, and you don’t want to share your custom domain on the community forum, please feel free to raise a ticket from the “Help” or “Contact Support” links while logged into the Dashboard.
