Confused about Billing on Pipeline minutes and instance hour

Below is my free tier Stats:
(Oops i can’t add the image to post, but it shows that i have used 712/750 instance hours, and 54/500 pipeline minutes)
now i am see that i still have some hours in my instances about 38 hours but my service is already suspended, i want to know does the 750 hours really need to complete before the suspension or what? also what do i upgrade or do if i need more hours, additionally, i calculated and found that 750 hours is supposed to be a month, but it’s not yet a month here does the time count for each services and totals to the 750 hours?? Finally, how do i make payment from nigeria, i would really want response to all my question thanks in adv.

the 750 hours is shared across all the services in your account using free instances, if you have more that one service then it will be consumed faster.

Based on what you’re saying it doesn’t sound like your service was suspended for consuming all your free hours.

I’d suggest reaching out to the Support team here and checking with them if you haven’t done so already
